DESIGN ANALYSIS
CHALLENGE Analyze and plan an 11,500 sq. ft. office space utilizing technology integrations to allow seamless connectivity between the satellite office, headquarters, and remote employees.
SOLUTION The data collection process took place over several months and included an initial site analysis, behavior mapping, document review, and literature review. Additional methods were utilized to identify design objectives and strategy. Precedent research was conducted in the form of an image search and observation at a similar site. Design development began by creating prototypical sketches, criteria matrix, and a bubble diagram.
